Really enjoyed our stay at the Aloft. lovely hotel and great location. Room was spacious and shower was fantastic with a lovely big walk in cubicle. Bed was very comfortable

Stayed for 2 nights, our first breakfast was not the best. I ordered porridge and it took a while to be made and when it came there was rather a lot of it and it was dry. When my wife went to get her hot breakfast there were no hash browns, beans or scrambled egg left. The queue was long and my wife waited and in the end gave up as after waiting over 10 minutes still nothing was brought out. This said the second morning was much quieter and there was plenty of choice and the poached eggs were good.

Fairly good value for money. Great location. Dour, small rooms but the bar area was social and good

The bar was good, although with the exception of Dave late at night, the services wasn't great. The room was adequate, not very well lit. The location was excellent, in the midst of all of the things I wanted to do.

As with all AIoft rooms, they are a little tight on space. The shower is irritating because the water leaks into the toilet room. I was disappointed in the breakfast, the quality wasn't as good as it should be. It's good to have a pool table but the cue had no tip on it and there was no chalk available, which defeated the object. The elevators are very slow.

The staff and hotel was great, the staff were really helpful. My husband uses a mobility scooter, so the staff at reception needed to operate the lift for us to access the building, they were very kind, and it was never a problem to them even though the weather was awful, they were always fantastic. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed.

Aloft Christmas stay

This is our third visit to the Aloft Hotel, and yet again all the facilities, staff , and room were excellent. We can't recommend his hotel.enough.

A great location to stay in for a night out in central Liverpool!

Great location, just around the corner from the Cavern Quarter for a night out out! The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. She also gave us a bit of history around the buildings link to the Titanic, which was really interesting.

The room we stayed in could do with a bit of a paint re-touch, but understand thats just normal wear and tear of a hotel room
