Amazing host and property.

The caretaker, Sajeev, is all you need if you are travelling for the first time. He will have you covered from tell you the best spots across the city, he will arrange scooty, taxi etc for you. He arranged delicious breakfast at a time that suited us. He is very helpful. The property is sea facing. It is a mansion with 3 main bedrooms. 2 on the ground floor with common drawing room and 1 upstairs with adjoining balcony cum terrace which has provision for chilling/ eating etc. The property is clean and fairly spacious. I would rate it 11/10 because of Sajeev.

The location is slightly far from Black beach cliff. Takes 10 mins to Black beach when many properties are right beside the cliff.

Splendid Resort with sea view #value for money

It was splendid experience... Will go there with whole family again. More importantly the place was value for money. Owner was so humble, he responded to every query or help I asked. Beaches are nearer to this resort. Please listen or ask the owner about the famous restaurants and places to visit, he'll guide you well.

Great place to stay for a beachside holiday.

Fabulous location if you are looking for quiet and relaxation. Lovely walks along the cliff top path in either direction. The bustling Varkala beach with lots of shops and restaurants or the solitude of Kappill beach are within easy walking distance. Nice big room with excellent facilities and good home cooked breakfast.

The resort is good but not exactly a beach view resort, clif is in 200 mts from resort. It could be very nice if there is proper maintenance. The terrace was not clean. Morning breakfast is homemade food and coffe and all u need u inform the day before.

The owner was very kind and addressed all the needs.

Perfect, peaceful stay.

The hotel is near Odayam Beach. Right in between Kappil beach and Varkala Beach. Its away from the noise and music of the cliff, but close enough that you won't mind the trip. Its a very short walk to a beautiful cliff nearby. Need an auto (10 min ride) to goto Varkala Beach and cliff. You can get an auto guy's number from the host. He was very helpful.

The location of the resort and the facilities were good. A few steps walk outside will take you to a cliff and the view was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful in making arrangements such as autos and rental bikes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Madhav mansions" and it ticked all the boxes for an unforgettable retreat. The host, Sajeev sir provided warm hospitality that made me feel right at home, and the attentive service enhanced my entire stay. The property itself was immaculately maintained. What truly stood out was the serene and peaceful atmosphere. Nestled away from the noise of the city, the stay provided a tranquil escape. I enjoyed moments of pure relaxation and experienced a restful night's sleep without any disruptions. Also got the homemade complimentary breakfast and that was yummy If you're seeking a delightful getaway with a fantastic host, look no further. I highly recommend "Madhav Mansion" for a memorable and rejuvenating experience.
