Peaceful and close to the beach.

Location, very peaceful, staff was delightful.

The water was often not working and wed have to wait for the tank to be filled.

Just the location.

The girl at the reception had a lot of attitude. The rooms would have been more better and cleaner. Breakfast was average. Staffs were not that friendly and nice.

Great location, nice property! Great breakfast in SanGrancisco caf, that was the best!

Very bad room, looked like prison. Dark walls, bars in windows, shower did not work. Very High price in Varkala beach for What it is.

Loved it so much I went back for another week!

Friendly helpful staff, nice rooms, solar hot water (yes it stays hot after the sun sets), great wifi and breakfast at Sun Francisco watching the ocean. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great location, plenty of activities

Breakfast excellent, staff excellent, attentive and friendly. Bed reasonably comfortable. Location excellent, super close to everything (though a bit more built up around the property than what the photos show). Activities easily arranged. Nice balcony on the room with a mini hammock for relaxing. Nice communal spaces also. Views are from the restaurant only (which is a 1 min walk from accommodation onto the main pathway).

Wifi unreliable, shower hand-held only and not great water pressure. A bit expensive (but so is everything in Varkala).

Superb

It's just on the cliff and 5 mins walk from varkala beach. The cottages are very pretty, clean, spacious and comfortable. The ambience is also beautiful.

The beach or sea is not visible from the accomodation. Their resturant which is seperate from the accomodation is beach facing. But overall it is very pretty and chill place to stay.

Rooms and complimentary morning foods are really good.

Mad About Coco tieuped Sun Francisco foods are too high. Eg., Masala Egg Omlet with Wheat bread priced 190 RS. Other then the foods are really superb.
