May be if there were more chairs for the dinning table, The playing cards were missing some cards.the the coded key device was hard to open

Exceeded expectations, plenty of room, welcoming stay, suitable for a large adult family

Flexible host, lovely house, great value for money (especially with our large family), clean and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped, living areas had plenty of lounge/kitchen/dining seating and 2 separate living areas. The heating was efficient and quiet.

No gas in the BBQ was a minor irritation, (and an emergency stash of toilet paper would have been appreciated :D) but otherwise no concerns whatsoever.

Some minor things need attention, Would have been nice to have even a small container of long life milk on arrival Ensuite toilet cistern is very hard to flush Ensuite heater is US Would have been nice to have soap in the showers too

Superb

This was a very clean and well maintained accommodation. The size was very good and could really fit a group of 12. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

We wish that linens were provided for free. The oil heaters provided in the rooms may not be enough in the coldest nights of winters, but there were 2 big split type units in the common areas and are both powerful.

A very comfortable home away from home. MABUHAY to the owners and agents!

-cleanliness -everything was available in the house - oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heating/cooling, tvs and streaming services. It gave you the option to stay inside on rainy days and still be occupied. -parking availability -a short drive to attractions and main retail precinct

-just a bit of very minor maintenance is needed for eg broken portable heater in the masters bedroom, towel rail in the en-suite kept coming off nothing major.

Great family home, perfect for young families.

4 bedrooms Two living areas Games Xbox

Only 4 forks in the drawer for 8 visitors. House was extremely hot upon arrival, would have been nice to have air conditioners on when we arrived and it took along time to be comfortable. Maybe some ceiling fans to help with air flow. No garden space for children, but park across the street is great.

Disappointing

quiet location, no shop or cafe near by.

this is a corner house, 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom, big kitchen and dining area.

the floor was so dirty when we checked in, sent some photos to the property manager and they said they cant see anything, I will post the same photos that I sent to them, just zoom in and have a look yourself.
