Paid S$900 for the night. The jacuzzi jets didn't work and neither did the massage shower jets.

Disappointing

You did get free bottles of water. The gym was pretty good but really small. All in all, it just needs updating and better service.

This is not 5 stars and really old. The corridors smelt like smoke and service is really poor. We booked 2 rooms and they placed us 8 floors apart. One of the rooms had 3 people and they kept forgetting to give us 3 towels. The air con stops in the middle of the night and the heat wakes you up. The toilet didn't flush properly and the sink was blocked. The pool area was not great.

The location is very good. Very clean. Very good breakfast.

The staff at the reception was polite but really not helpful or willing to provide service. We arrived a few days before New Year's Eve and they didn't bother to say that there was a festive dinner at the hotel. When we found out, there was no longer a free table. It's a shame they don't inform hotel guests of relevant information. A feeling that the digital information has replaced the human relationship.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful city. 5 stars.

The room was spacious and clean. The entirety of the hotel was clean and well presented. The service we received was second to none. From check in where we got an upgrade for being on our honey moon to check out when the staff were more than happy to store our bags and take us to the shower facilities after a day of exploring before our long flight.

Great value for money! Great stay.

Comfortable bed with soft sheets. Room was very spacious. Bathroom had a shower and bathtub and big bottles of shower gel, shampoo and handwash were provided instead of the small bottles that alot of hotels provide, which i loved. Doorman and floor staff were very friendly and greeted us with a smile after we got back from shopping, which was very lovely. There's a swimming pool and gym but we didn't utilise them. Went to the bar for a drink - very cosy and staff were friendly. Good location and Good value for money!

Nothing much really. Maybe cleanliness could be improved slightly? There were some stains on the carpet in the room and I also found a long strand of black hair on the dressing table (I am blonde!).

I recently stayed at this fabulous M hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel boasts an impressive selection of excellent restaurants, offering a wide array of delicious dining options. The outdoor rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. Although the pool was temporarily closed on December 31 and January 1 due to poor weather conditions, the general experience was amazing. The well-equipped gym made it convenient for me to keep up with my fitness routine even while traveling. The spacious nightclub was a highlight of my evenings, offering great music and a vibrant atmosphere most especially the happy hour sessions as well as the live music sessions. Not to mention, the lobby and rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making for a truly comfortable stay. Not far from the main city center attractions such as Chinatown and Marina Bay area, this Hotel location made it ideal for me to get easy access to main city fun activity areas I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Singapore.

The Hotel is well placed and in the middle of the city , loved the location , rooms were very spacious and they even got me an extra bed, the staff was very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious
