Comfy, Spacious, and Friendly Hosts

The home is beautiful and HUGE! Was more then enough space for our family of six. The courtyards are lovely and the kitchen space was perfect for cooking meals. The beach not being far is a plus! The hosts Sandra and Karl were very accommodating. They even left little goodies for our arrival. Downtown Rome is about a 45 minute drive from the home.

the location was Good, it is close to the beach and close to the rome. tha Haus is big, every Room has bathroom, very nice. garden is good, nice place for take a Brake. also, parking for car is good.

tha Haus should be cleaner, it has to be deep cleaner. it is also not so dirty, but for such Preis have to be cleaner. ps, we werde not awarned that the Haus has Video surveilance, that also have to be annauced. the guests are under Video surveilance

good choice

It is a big house in a quiet area. Every room has its own bathroom. A nice surprise of free fruits and wine. The host communicates a lot and answeres fast. The deckchairs in the small garden are useful. You can park your car inside. The price is reasonable. You can go to the beach by bus. It takes something more then 30 minutes.

Furnishing and equipment are in an acute need of replacement. Otherwise, I would give 10 points. The public transport to the city center lasts 1,5 hours and more.

Very pleasant stay

Very nice home with comfortable airco in all bedrooms. Lot of private space by having your own front and back garden. Near to both Rome and the beach so perfect if you are interested in both.

Slight mishap with the airco in one bedroom, but after telling the owners they solved it perfectly.
