Superb

We stayed here for attending an event in Sanam Luang. Location is perfect. If you love to stay with 100% local Thai community & to experience normal Bangkok folks' daily life, you will like it. Located in the oldest part of Bangkok, this renovated home is compact and squeezed in one of the many narrow alleys. The neighbours know each other well so it is safe. Many eateries nearby within 5 min walk towards the Giant Swing

The staircases had to be installed steep given the width and size of the house, It is challenging for elders. Suggest the host to consider putting a foldable mattress or change the sofa to sofa bed in living room to accommodate elder person.

Amazing location close to everything- local market in the morning right outside. Fantastic experience!

It was almost impossible to find when we came to drop our luggage - we struggled to find it. Lock very flimsy- didnt feel secure Stairs dangerously steep Horrible sewerage smell and as toilet is right next to kitchen, the whole bottom floor smelled and was not somewhere we wanted to prepare or eat food or drinks. Shower was also awkward.

Great value for money- a real taste of Bangkok but maybe not ideal for those with young children.

Really authentic location. Door to the flat on street level and you walk out onto a narrow Bangkok street market. The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is effective. Neighbours really friendly. The flat is close to lots of temples and historical sites and many restaurants nearby that do amazing food. Two 711s are 2 minutes away.

Families with young children should be aware that the stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep and narrow. Our three-year-old found them challenging and scary, and I fretted about our 6-year-old. The bathroom is downstairs so we had to accompany them at night when they wanted to go to the toilet.

The apartment is on the ground floor, the market is right in front of the door. The kitchen smells awful of sewage. Shabby furniture. The lock is very weak

Good value stay with a group of friends

Good location and overall pretty good value having the account the space you get and amenities - no complain there at all. Street really transforms in the morning as a morning market erupts giving it a really cool vibe! Neighbors are super nice and welcoming so rest at ease, you're in a good neighborhood.

Key experience at check-in is not super clear so we had to ask for help at a nearby hotel. Since they understood what we wanted I guess previous guests had the same issue. I think having someone be there for the check-in would be good as it would make the process smoother. Toilet is not so great as it easily gets clogged. A/C also started leaking which made some of my stuff wet so pay attention to that.
