Phenomenal service!

Staff were phenomenal from start to finish. Felt like I was with family. They went above and beyond for me with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. They even mailed my passport after I left it in the safe! The hotel is a short walk to the river. Good sized rooms. Had banh mi on arrival and sweet treat on check out. Seriously can't recommend and thank them enough!!

Wonderful location right in the heart of city. Easy access. However the service provided by the staff, especially Ms.Flower and her husband was phenomenal. Our group was so moved and touched by their hospitality and their kindness it really made Hoi An such a lovely city.

We're frequent travelers .. but never ever before we've been welcomed with so much warmth. It did not feel like we're coming to a hotel, instead it felt like arriving at the place of a long-term friend. - truly amazing! Next to thing which we've originally booked --> a centrally located hotel room :) (which had everything that we needed and it was super clean!) we were flooded by hospitality and local food, received a map with recommendations for all kind of activities and a sympathetic ear for any question that would arise. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for one night ... So we could not try the outdoor pool (also because of the unfavorable weather conditions during our stay). But it looked simply gorgeous as it's surrounded by a lovely garden. Also we could not follow up with all their recommendations - which was really a pity. Be smarter than us and plan a longer stay! There's so much to see.
