Superb

Nice staying!

Very nice room. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, 20 minutes walking from the city centre. Good value for money.

As we were only there for one night we had a good stay over.

The room was lovely. Breakfast staff were lovely and were happy to order me some poached eggs that were not on the buffet breakfast. So thank you for that.

According to the hotel website there was a swimming pool and spa but there was not so disappointed with that. Also the bar staff in the evening were not very friendly or welcoming or helpful. I asked for a particular drink and was told they didn't have it but then walked away from me not asking me if there was anything else they could get for me.

Very good

Breakfast was very good, most of the staff were great.

receptionist wasnt very helpful when I asked if I could leave my case for a couple of hours between checking out and catching my train, she then came back and said it was fine, other staff were great
