Very clean room

No room service, no sleepers , no bathrobe, no minibar, no shampoo, only one soap in bathroom, 4 stars hotel? 2 stars no service!

The location was great for an early airport pick-up. It is a basic hotel, but with everything you need for an overnight stay.

Exceptional

Close enough and easy for a quick stay.

Helpful and kind stuff. Clean place. It has rain shower which is essential after a long trip. It has shuttle to airport but we saw it only too late. You have to prebook the shuttle.

Not easy to walk by and Google maps was not any helpful with all these layers of roads. The cab is around 14CFH for a two minutes ride.

It will do for one night

Sadly there isnt much to write here, the beds were okay not great, the shower was lovely but the bathroom very cold, the layout of the hotel was lovely and they organised a taxi for us.

To start off with when we arrived the check in was very confusing and long, I had the confirmation on the booking.com app, they werent interested in that, the city tax was not allowed to be paid in German euros (7 CHF: cash, notes - we are in Zrich, near an airport where millions of people travel to and from daily but had to be paid by credit card). To top this off we werent informed that our room card was required to operate the elevator, so if my boyfriend hadnt encountered this before, we would have been stuck. 2 single beds sold to us as a functioning double bed that however moved every time you moved, so the beds were constantly making noises and either you kept pushing them back together or had to make a proper gap in between them. The beds were comfy enough, yet the pillows were all uncomfortable to sleep on. The sink was not made for a womans use, water everywhere and no ledges to put your stuff on, the shower was lovely but seeing as there were no radiators, only air conditioning that hardly worked, the bathroom was extremely cold. Overall there is room for improvement, however for a one night stay so you can travel, as it is not far from the airport it will do.

The breakfast was going to be way too expensive, so I bought food elsewhere. I liked chatting with the staff, and I liked having charging locations/outlets for American phones.

The room was what I'll call "over-engineered". It took awhile and several visits and calls to the front desk to get it all figured out. Your hotel desperately needs a summary sheet of things as simple as how to keep the lights on and how to call the front desk. I couldn't run the elevator without going back and asking for help! I was still discovering things on my second night of staying there. Also, I didn't wake up soaking wet from sweat the second night, like the first, since I set aside the Swiss style blanket and used the two extra sheets i asked for instead. It'd be great if you offered a lighter style blanket.

Perfectly situated near the airport, accessible by bus or by a 15 minutes pedestrian friendly walk. Ideal for early flights. Rooms are impeccable and beds very comfortable.

An exceptionally convenient hotel to Flughafen Zrich.

We had an early morning flight to London, so the Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport was the perfect spot to stay. It was in walking distance to the airport, but at 5am we decided to use the convenient shuttle service that was available. I highly recommend the Pera Restaurant (Turkish) that is located on Schaffhauserstrasse, just around the corner.

Above average affordable airport hotel

Cleanliness, modern, proximity to the airport (bus required, can walk but it will be a long walk), its an airport hotel on steroids

If I really had to find something off, I would say: lack of a shuttle service and the gas station in front of the hotel doesnt really have convenient working hours so dont expect to get snacks in the area after 8pm
