Nice hotel in a convenient location.

The location was excellent. Connected to the airport, but set in a nice mall/office complex...so lots of restaurants and services nearby. We could also take advantage of the airport amenities such as fast food or access to the trains for a quick trip to downtown. We had a super early flight out of Zurich and we could walk from our hotel to then check-in counter in 5 minutes. The hotel decor was up to date and the extra cost breakfast was nicely presented.

very convenient to reach the center due to vast network, for a few nights' stay saves lots of travel time. Great shopping and dining alternatives (within airport & Mall). Car rental v. close. Great breakfast, nice gym, spacious rooms.

Good location, but stuck outside at the building entrance door

Location close to the airport.

We stayed outside in front of the hotel door for 10-15 minutes (December...) at about 23:30 with nobody answering the intercom. Fortunately somebody exited the hotel and we could get in. 2 persons were at reception but didn't answer the intercom... However, they have been very kind and it seems the door was not working properly during those days... The beds were very bad and extremely soft with hard pillows...

Convenient and comfortable

Great location for those who need to catch their connecting flights, especially early morning.

Although most of the access to the hotel is sheltered. But there are some corridors which arent, therefore still need to get a bit wet during rainy days.

Expectations to have a comfortable night was not fulfilled

- the location is great, its just a short walk to the Terminal - the room was very clean

- Temperature in the room could not be changed. It was 22C in the room and I did not really sleep. I ask initially to lower the temperature and I was told that the house keeping will have a look. Then I was told that this could not be changed. Absurd recommendation to leave the blinds open will lower the temperature - you cannot open the windows, so not a good advise. they changed my room, but that one was not an improvement with the temperature - The Service at the Restaurant was extremely slow and seemed not be bothered. They were friendly, but sitting there waiting and waiting, does not help - Housekeeping started around 6:00 am to start a noisy "wake up" at the corridor. Honestly quite annoying to hear them loudly chatting and rattle with their Trolleys. - Overall the expectations to have a comfortable night at this hotel was not fulfilled. At the check out they were not bothered, when I gave my feedback. I expected more from this Hotel chain
