Excellent hotel, it is within airport, easy to reach restaurant and shopping area. Very convenient to check-in counter. And the room with such high standard and comfort to have a really good rest during busy travelling.

Not as nice as previous stays thats for sure; despite requests.
This is the second time in two weeks that I stayed here as I traveled to and from the States. My first experience was fabulous. I needed a quiet room with a park view and got just that on the 5th floor. The room was spacious and posh. On my journey back ; I needed the same even more so due travelling two days straight. They put me on the 10th floor for 100 chf more and the room lacked the decadence of the first roomtiny and squishedand quiet it was not. Sound Proof it was not! They put me right next to the elevators. You could hear everything. When one is jet lagged, thats not being conscious of your clients needs at all. Too much to pay for what a world traveler expects.

A great hotel and a very comfortable and quiet room.room: I would stay there again if I needed to go through Zurich.
As comfortable and quiet as the room was, the wifi was extremely strong: As an EMF-sensitive person, it really affected me (and my sleep). It would be lovely if hotels had low-EMF rooms. Wifi could easily be offered through Ethernet, which is faster and more secure.

Perfect!
Perfect location for a very short night at Zurich airport. This could not have gone better! Friendly, efficient, comfy bed, very clean, very close to airport. Really very good!

I had the worst check in and check out. Staff were unfamiliar with the process and not helpful.
