Clean but dissapointing

Although there is a huge construction site next to the hotel, I think location within Dallas is good. The hotel is clean and the staff at the restaurant and bar was very helpful.

The room was small, and a few items were out of order such as the minifridge, and the furniture in the bathroom. There was not enough space to hold the toiletries, design was not great. I was not impressed by the hotel at all, and you could find much better value at the Marriott just 2 blocks away.

So so motel with lackluster service. Lots of construction all around. Would not stay again for the rate we paid. Pretty

Looked nice. Old but nice

Checked in at 5. Valet took car to park. 5:45pm requested car via text. Message car not found. Had to walk down to request it. Was told they hadnt entered tickets in system yet. On check out, requested car via text, said 5 minutes to pick up. Waiting outside 15 minutes and had to ask for car. Said its on its way. Then found keys and went to go get. Also, pic on website shows what appears to be rooftop patio. However, its just a suite with no access. Misleading advertising in my opinion. Room service advertised til midnight. Ordered at 11. Called my room at 11:45 and said no one around to bring up and had to come down to bar and get it myself.

Nice place

Location, big room, pool is nice. Nice property. I would happily stay there again. Staff is responsive and very helpful.

Little things that where a bother: No outlet near bed. Tub was so deep almost fell getting out. TV remote is sooooo slow. Extremely outdated hotel phone didnt work.
