Nice boutique hotel in the old town

Small and nice castle style of the building with Hobbit name rooms. Location is quite good located in the old town and staff is very friendly.

Aircon is a bit loud even on lowest fan level and the shower design in the tub is a bit odd you wet the whole bathroom floor when you take a shower

Comfortable hotel in a good location

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Handy location in the old town

Pool area was a bit cramped, only accommodating 8 people. However, it was never busy so could always get a spot.

Wonderful Stay At Le Charcoa

Excellent hotel in Old town Chiang Mai...The staff were superb and so friendly...The room was spacious, cleaned. given fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily...Smoking allowed on balcony only...Small pool and restaurant was good too...Location was quiet with a small convenience store right opposite hotel entrance selling water, cola, beer etc and 7/11 five mins walk away...Wat Phra Singh was 5 mins walk away too and centre of town 15 mins walk...We had a great time here and would stay again if we came back to Chiang Mai.

Charming hotel in a lovely part of Chiang Mai

Everything from the very beginning was brilliant with Le Charcoa Hotel. They booked our airport transfer for us, which made getting to the hotel an easy experience. Then we were greeted with a drink and lovely hospitality. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, they also went above and beyond for us as they booked excursions for us and organised pick-ups. The room was perfect. Felt very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The pool is a bit small but perfect for a dip after a busy day of exploring, and the restaurant food was tasty! The location is perfect too! We were pleased we stayed in the old part of the city after exploring Chiang Mai - we were near lots of temples, great street markets, and plenty of places to grab a drink.
