It was a nice stay.

The hotel is new, nicely furnished, with a nice pool and a beach bar with great people and nice food. They are friendly and welcoming. The sunbeds could have been nicer, they are not fit for this hotel.

The breakfast was not exactly what you expect in a 5 star hotel. Before 10 o clock they were running out of certain foods, and nobody seemed to care. With a little more care and some training, everyone would be pleased, I am sure. Also, I believe those carpets in the rooms have to be removed, because of the humidity and the smell.

Nice property. But you have to walk across the road to get to the beach. Lovely beach bar too.

Service was atrocious! The chefs attitude and also some of the waitresses at breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. So much attitude, rascism I have no idea what it was but I have never witnessed anything like this in my years of travel. The chef Kimberly was out of order and needs to be disciplined. We have already complained to the property but no one approached us the next day to check on us. Unacceptable. basic breakfast and not many options for vegetarians. Mold smell in the room !

Very elegant recently-opened hotel with quality furniture and finishes. Rooms are very (very) spacious, feature a large balcony and are fully equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend it

Although the hotel has a beach private space, the property is not located along the beach itself (you need to cross the main road).

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We also really enjoyed the decor: soooo much greenery! Some people complain in the reviews that the breakfast options could be more varied. We felt that it was just fine: it wasn't the best hotel breakfast we ever had but it was ok, and the fresh fruit selection made it excellent. The coffee was also really good.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Swimming pool was big. Bed was comfortable. Welcome drink was very refreshing. Staff at the parking spot was always friendly

I have really mixed feeling of this accommodation. The room has nice modern look but even before you appreciate the look of it, you will be overwhelmed by the damp smell. Cushions on the balcony had such smell as well. For the 3 days, the dried plant on the stair stayed the same - I don;t know if the cleaning was done at all. Staffs were not that friendly and didn;t seem to have been instructed well enough. (When we went for breakfast, even before we sat down, we were asked what we want for drink and the table number. And on the second day, even after sitting at the table for more than 5 min, no one came to ask for drink. It just felt so random) Pool was good, but had really nasty smell next to the pool ( smelled like durian or jackfruit) Food was way too pricey ( plus you need to pay extra for the service fee and tax) On the first day we didn;t have hand towel in our room and the next day we got 1 hand towel.

Hotel is clean and has a good vibe at both the pool and 2nd floor bar, breakfast is okay,nothing special and the property is right next to royal bay beach club were you can get on the glass boat (at SCR 500 for 2) and take amazing pictures on the clear waters.

that at the end of our stay we were slapped with a wifi bill,apparently the hotel offers free wifi and high speed wifi which is chargable,be sure to consult front desk if acess youve been given is chargable or not, all we did was ask the fromt desk officer who assisted us with checkin for the wifi key and next,there we has a bill on our room.Room price has per booking.com was not the final total as they are other costs added at the hotel such as environmental tax.Food at hotel is costs,but you can eat on the restaurants on the beach right next to the hotel
