A hostile and dirty environment.
This property is surrounded by random people who sleep in their cars and blast their music at all hours of the night. But dont worry, you wont be able to sleep anyways when the bed is covered In hair when you check in. And dont bother asking for the room to be re-cleaned, the front desk workers will sit on the phone and accuse you of being a liar and hostile to you even youve been showing full respect towards them. The Tv doesnt work, and the shower barely puts out any water at all. Wouldnt stay here again. And when others ask Ill make sure to tell them also.

Breakfast was Awesome, and front desk was Awesome.
Asked for room service, towels & coffee replacement, didn't get it, had to ask for coffee at front desk & no fresh towels were supplied. Minimum service because Christmas schedule for workers.

Breakfast was just okay. Vegetarian options pretty standard with just bread and cereal. Hot milk was not available as well. We skipped breakfast the last day as our family did not want to have the same stuff for 3 days in a row
Room cleaning not available inspite of us staying for more than 3 nights Trash was not cleared. Towels were not replaced and the room started to smell with the accumulated food trash which was kept for disposal but never collected. We finally had to ask the front desk for extra towels since we apparently had to manage with just 4 towels for a family of 4 for the entire stay

Over Charged For 2 nights. Only stayed 1 night.
My friend wanted to stay a couple more nites. They charged the other person for 2 more nites. Then charged me for an additional nite. They were double paid. Dont EVER trust there booking system.
