Passable

The staff was friendly but undertrained and uninformed. There didnt seem to be a manager on the property.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub and called the property to make sure they would be open. The hot tub was closed for most of our stay. The pool was closed for part of our stay. The staff did not know why the facilities were closed or when they would reopen.

Great for multiple days

The rooms are large and comfortable. Love the full kitchen with dishwasher. The breakfast is great. Fun pool. We used this hotel during a move out of our house and it served us well.

Very good

Centrally located comfort with exercise options

We liked the indoor heated pool so we could do laps in the morning, and then since it wasn't a bath water hot pool we enjoyed warming back up in the hot tub getting muscles relaxed by the jets of water. The staff were also very accommodating helping us quickly and pleasantly with any needs.

The fact that the hot tub could not be used the last 2 days of our stay and that the pool got cold after cleaning. In fact so cold we didn't want to do laps the last day. We don't eat breakfast so didn't take advantage of that, but did enjoy a couple of cups of coffee each morning.

Superb

Good central location in bend and close to downtown.

The pull out sofa bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable and so didnt sleep well.

Good but not again.

Breakfast is good. It is one of few hotels with one bedroom suite. Staffing were friendly.

The shower room doesn't have safe handle inside, and the floor is slippery when wet. The sealant of shower was leaking water. Tge front desk thanked me and trust my judgment, didn't bother to check. I booked a room for 3 adults and 2 kids with city view. Was assigned to a room with court view, and the towels were for 2 people. The kitchen floor was covered with black spots.

Great fitness room & equipment. Lots of free weights and workout machines Also better than average breakfast; many options plus hot eggs cooked to order.

Disappointing

Charged fees after check out

They charged for additional fees after we check out. First claiming it was a room revenue fee and then said they it was a county tax after I complained about the fee.
