Superb

Great place for families staying in the Bend area

Beds were very comfortable and we loved that our family of 5 could all sleep in our own beds (and not a pull out couch) in the same room! Shower water pressure was good. Indoor pool and hot tub facilities were very nice, and a good sized space. The room was nicely remodeled, it appears to be a recent updating.

It was difficult to get the temp right in the shower, took several adjustments to set it just right between lukewarm and too hot. The floor tiles in the room felt a little bit dirty/gritty. The hot tub had too much chlorine, but the front desk staff responded right away when we reported this issue. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good

Easy access to the sights and sounds of Bend. Nice little place.

Roma were modern and updated recently with a Big screen. The main building was very nice inside.

Issues with TV not working properly. Not a big enough deal to cause us to call the front desk, just a bit fiddly. Sheets were a little TOO starched for my liking. Very crunchy. But Im being picky at that point.

Disappointing

Wouldnt stay for a special occasion. Would be fine for a place to sleep.

Booked for my daughters 18th birthday. They do not set aside any tables at the restaurant for walk ins and had no reservations available and no room service. That said we were able to get a table in the lounge.

The guy up front kept sticking his hand down the front of his pants when he thought no one was watching him.

Disappointing

Pleasant staff rooms not worth the money and the food is overpriced.

For the amount of money paid, I was very disappointed in the facilities in the room. The toilet seat didn't fit. The shower head had not been cleaned and what appeared to be years. Most hotels, the small bits of coffee are given freely. You're charged for them here. There is no continental breakfast and the restaurant is overpriced and the food is not that good. $69 for dinner and I got a plate with one fish fillet. Total score out of 5. 3 Stars.

Restaurant was a good experience

At our room the bedroom floor was about 6 higher than the living room floor. This change in height should have marked. As a result my wife feel and sustained a serve ankle injury. I brought this to the attention of the front desk employees. Didnt seem to care. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay
