The La Laguna Gran Hotel is described as a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has nice facilities and a stylish lobby and inn (Read More)er garden. The location is good for sightseeing. However, there were some issues such as the air conditioning not working and the gym only opening late. Despite these issues, overall the stay was nice and the breakfast was fantastic.

Superb

Very nice building! Good position in Laguna and for starting exploring the north area of Tenerife. Very good breakfast. Additional services like gym and pool really appreciated!

A boutique hotel experience

The hotel has several lovely courtyards, a great care ad restaurant and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. A modern hotel that looks traditional.

Very good

Stylish boutique hotel, excellent location, great choice for couples

Abundant , delicious breakfast, stylish interior and decor, nice outside swimming pool on the rooftop terrace, fittness room with huge mirrors and sunshine, huge, cozy beds, very nice atrium and caf bar.

Massage room was out of service unfortunately

Nice hotel

Very beautiful and nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurant.

The staff needs to say for the customers about the nearest beach (Las Teresitas),needs to take a train to Santa Cruz and bus to las Teresitas,and about Puerto del La Cruz(just 30 m by bus) .They no said nothing until we ask about the nice places to go.They just said about the town around that no have nothing to do in the city.

Memorable experience

Beautiful hotel, lovely terrace on top with a swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast with local products. For example the best guacamole I have ever eaten I think.. :)

When the electricity turned off in the room at night the mobile phones did not charge either anymore, though they were plugged to charge.

Superb

Standing and confort

The executive room was splendid, with big clothes room and bathroom. The lobby and the breakfast were also quite nice. The swimming pool was great as well as the jacuzzi (but a bit cold)

Only the Spanish television is available, no VOD, no satellite, no netflix, which in 2023 is quite disappointing. The bar closed too early, around 10 pm.
