Very good

Effective, nice central location in La Laguna pedestrian zone, lots of life around, quite at night.

Building in old spanish style, wood floors, large central patio. Kind staff, good buffet breakfast.

I'll do that in English: This hotel is exceptional regarding its situation in the middle of the historic town. It's very clean and the staff very friendly. As it is a historic building the fittings are old and the furniture as well but with a certain charm. The caf of the hotel with its historic interieur is outstanding, service and quality of the products are very good. Yes,, as the rooms are near the hall of the caf you can hear voices when it's open but it closes in the evening. I don't understand why this hotel only has got one star it is a nostalgic place and deserves much more than that. Eberhard Michael Iba

Grand caaran style hotel great staff

Beautiful old style caaran building and great staff

Rooms are very old style no lift and they tried originally to place us on the 2nd floor in the smallest room possible but happily moved us to a larger room on the 1st floor

It was very good, we really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

The breakfast was very good. We were slightly dusappointed the on-site cafe was closed due to the owner's holiday arrangements... but then everyone needs a holiday.

The windows rattled in the strong breeze... but I sorted that myself. I had to accept it is a very old hotel with a lot of charm and this was a small price to pay.
