Superb

One of The best hotell I have ever been

We did not Buy breakfast, but the hotell is very beautiful, comfortable with great personal. We could go to the restaurang and Cafe To get our food warmed. The young man at reception is very helpful.

The location next to the park and close to the city centre was good..

Parts of the hotel were in very poor condition. We were initially given a room that was small, dark and smelled.. The air con is dated and circulates stale air. This hotel is not 4 star quality. Overall a disappointing experience and bad value.

The tarrace and renovated room made the stay very good

The tarrace on the roof top is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and does everything to make the stay good as possible. I recommend checking if your room does have direct sunlight. Double beds are very big and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner are very god and the soap as well, with olive oil.

The first room we got was not fully renovated. But we asked to get the same room as they show on the website and we got a new room for the rest of the stay. The hallways are still to be renovated i think, as they are pretty rusty and do not fit to the new look. We got new towels every day and the bed was made but the floor in the room was not very clean - needed both vacuuming and wiping. The bedroom door does not cancel any noice from the hallway so if you get a room for example beside the lift it will be noisy.

Disappointing and poor value, lack of response from management was unacceptable

Location beside the park and comfortable room with park view

The service was poor due to understaffing. Reception unwelcoming and did not explain the hotel services. Email communications were ignored. The gala dinner was very disappointing and poor value for money. Lack of management oversight to ensure a good service. Generally some areas need refreshing for example the corridor carpets were very worn.

Great location and jacuzzi

Jacuzzi, gym and the view from the roof. As well as great location just in front of the park.

Pool was actually too cold to get it. I have been in Tenerife last year at the same time and similar weather conditions, and the water in the pool was warm enough to get in. We have used jacuzzi, was a bit cold, but manageable, but pool was too cold, and definitely did not have 20 degrees as advised on the board.
