Staff is cooperative and pleasant. They guide well about site seeing.

Pick up was not available at airport, we had to call hotel to arrange. Hotel offer rate in USD, then convert it to INR then to NPR ...thereby loading exchange rate multiple times. There is 4% extra charges on payment through credit card.

Wonderful

The hotel was in prime location. They offered car service to pick up from airport. Along with that the staff were supportive. The hotel owner was very polite and helpful. He arranged our car for travel to Pokhara and also the tourist bus to return back. In addition, since it was my husband's birthday, he arranged a very nice car for our travel. He was very responsive and always tried to help us during our stay. We had breakfast in hotel, and it was good.

One drawback is that the comforter was not enough for couple, and we felt kind of cold at night. They need to improve the service of hot water.

Have stayed three different times, and the friendly staff kept me coming back

I've stayed at more hotels in Thames over the last 5 years than you can shake a stick at. Kathmandu Eco Hotel has amazing staff, all are super helpful answering questions, how to get to different bus parks, and just general friendliness. Rooms have always been clean, hot water is reliable. I generally just want a place to sleep, and this fits the bill every time.

The descriptions of the rooms and the rooms they put you in don't match. I've stayed here 3 times, and it's kind of funny if you don't really care about that sort of thing. Main call out is just don't pay more for an upper floor/balcony room and accept a lesser room. They don't seem to ever edit the rooms actually available at any given time (so if you request a balcony but someone has already booked it, they won't update the booking.com listing). WiFi is very unreliable in all three different rooms I've stayed in.

A bit disappointed, but staff balanced it.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Pick up from airport is good service.

Very basic and not well maintained bathroom. Doesn't match with the website pictures. Street is quite noisy at night, so better not have a room on the front. Took a long time before hot water came
