Location is at middle of everything. At the same time, it is secluded and quiet. Food was fantastic. Staffs are great. Has garden. They accommodate to your request

No lift, difficult if I have heavy luggage.

A lot of noise; the walls are very thin so you hear a lot of sounds from other guests as well as from outside. Also there is a ping-pong table outside and although it is on ground floor the setup of the hotel is open so those noises come straight into the room as well. Beds could be more comfy.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC was working great. There was a balcony in the room was excellent. Good room service

Bathroom was not good. Shower faucet was very difficult to on or off. Hot water was not controllable. Locker door handle was broken. No sound proofing. Refrigerator was noisy.
