The upstairs bar and restaurant area was a great space. Enjoyed hanging out in the pool.

Not enough storage in the room or in the bathroom.

The rooftop bar and the atmosphere. You can chill here all day, it is really nice so we would come back for sure.

The room is simple, but the bar is so good that it is not so important.

Great place!

The place has an amazing atmosphere created by workers and owners. They do understand travelers needs. The tips they gave me were just perfect. They also helped me with organizing my time and next destination. As they travel them selves they have great input at! Its a very social place with a lot of events happening in the evening. As a solo traveler I appreciate it a lot! I had an amazing time there!

Social hostel but not the best dorms

Gorgeous spot with incredible views. Rooftop was a great place with good food and drinks. The social night was also really fun

The 6 bed dorms out the back arent in the best condition. There was black mould covering the aircon pipe that ran right next to my head in bed. If I were to come back Id definitely pay the little bit extra for the other dorms

Great place to stay!

Karma Traders Kampot is a great place to stay for both solo travellers as couples (or group of friends). The rooftop terrasse is super nice and the food excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is very nice especially during these hot days. We loved the hostels activities: food themes per day of the week, for instance taco Tuesday, we would definitely stay there again if we come back to Kampot!

Go for the people

During my travels, this was the nicest backpackhostel I stayed in thus far. Nice dormbed 'pods', good food and very nice staff. The best thing though, is the people it attracts. Maybe I got lucky but I've met very nice backpackers here!

Sometimes its busy, sometimes not so much.
