1. Staff behaviour should be more professional and polite. And they should increase the staff. 2. The food that was served for dinner was awefully bad. The chicken dishes were half cooked. The bread servings were below mark. On complaining the excuse that came was that the hotel was understaffed at that juncture and the main chefs were not there. 3. The breakfast buffet was not upto the mark and some dishes like noodles, pasta were quite bland and tasteless. Only the poori and subji was decent. However, on request they provided what we wanted like toast, omlette etc. 3. The hotel was very noisy and we had a tough time going to sleep as people were partying around till 12 in the ground floor terrace. On request, however, it was called off around 12 but still noises of chit chat came from the terrace. 4. The morning also started with huge noises.Although the hotel is located in a serene surrounding but turned out to be very noisy 5. The lift was non-functional on the second day.
