People at the property were disingenuous. After having a confirmation number , they simply refused to honor the reservation saying they are sold out . Then they proceeded to offer me a booking at a lower tier hotel , in a different city !!! They lied relentlessly stating that they tried to contact me and when I stated walking them through my missed calls list , they just started at me !!! I have not had such a bad , unprofessional, experience at any other Hilton property. The manager was repeatedly lying .

An unspectacular, ordinary, disappointing hotel

The bed was reasonably comfortable.

The room was not at all what I expected. The furniture was covered in smudges, there was rust in the bath tub and lime build up in the shower head. The room had an amazing view of a wall and window of the neighboring building. The website only showed two pictures of room, one of the room and one of the sink. The only reason I picked this hotel was for the large tub which they told me later is only in the suite. With over 50 options of rooms I wasnt able to know that. They were very rude when I asked about it and said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. On top of all this, the restaurant was closed and one of the two elevators was broken making it a long crowded ride every time. A very unspectacular, ordinary and disappointing hotel.

Room was big and bed was comfy

Lots of sheriffs in the parking garage and a guy was handcuffed to the railing. Not sure what was going on but maybe car theft. Also, mold on the inside shower curtains.
