Beautiful hotel for a quiet stay in an amazing city.

Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. Room was spacious and full of natural light.

Quiet hotel that can be too quiet at times. No on-site amenities like bar or restaurant, but they are all around the immediate area. Common spaces are not used much by guest or supported much by staff. Ice is only available through room service.

Very good

Pleasant and nice.

Location and the room setting .. spacious, plush and comfortable. Walking distance from restaurants on the University avenue with a host of choices. The room was done up very luxuriously.

Some staff was quiet curt and non-helpful ... Room service was also slow. Maybe the hotel isn't conditioned for handling guests and their demands.

Clean and close to down town.

The elevators were very dark which is a safety concern for seniors or people with vision issues. The bar was not open at times. Breakfast was surprising, that there were no quick bites to eat and had to be ordered from a menu for a sit down meal.

In general it is good hotel. We spent nice week there. The location and the atmosphere are more important for us than so

Location, cleanliness, valet parking, room size.

No tea/coffee facilities neither in the room nor in the common areas. No breakfast room. Noisy in the morning - parking lot and service area was under our window.
