Superb

The hotel is very clean , thats why we stayed and in very good location for what we needed (49ers game) the bed are comfortable. This hotel in my opinion to stay 1-3 days only . Its Good Hotel The lady at the restaurant, is super kind taking your beverage order (coffee, water, orange juice, etc) and the tables were beautiful. She was super nice , polite with all the guest.

Part that I didnt like , its that we arrived a little earlier. And hotel wanted to change us $40.00 fee for an early check in . But we only wait , a lot Guests were waiting as well.

Overall, it was a great stay. Location is convenient. All the locations I want to visit are around 1

Bed is comfy. I like the thermostat which I can set to the preferred temperature. I can watch multiple channels on TV which is nice. Staffs are really nice, they provide information on where to visit around this season. Location of the hotel is convenient. All the locations I want to visit are around 10 - 20 min away.

The height of the bathtub is too low for me. The hallway is pretty cold on second floor. I don't like the Spanish language on TV setting, I didn't know how to switch the language to TV menu.

Superb

A great place for a short stay

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was (surprisingly) very good,- we had a large selection of hot meals (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, chicken patties and potatoes - everything was fresh and not overcooked/stale. The fruit salad was also very tasty and fresh! There was even a selection of sliced ham and cheese for Europeans ;)

Since we have back problems, the mattress was too soft for us

Clean property. Requests were granted.

The front desk staff is not very friendly and not smiling at all! Our first night wasnt comfortable because there was a party next door and guests were too loud until past midnight.

Absolutely worse hotel stay in my life!

The location was convenient to shopping, food and a BART train stop.

Our room had bed bugs!!! My wife was bitten all over her feet and legs and had a bad reaction to the bites. This was the first time we ever experienced this and it was totally unacceptable. We informed the staff and they simply apologized, moved us to another room and gave us some vouchers for free breakfast. They said they couldn't comp me for the room because I booked through a third party site. WTH....Sorry, but I will not be staying at Sonesta brand hotels ever again!!

I stay at this Sonesta at least 3 times a year. Everyone is always so accommodating! I absolutely love their beds and pillows!

Very good

Nice stay overall

All clean, nice business hotel, only stayed for the night, nothing to complain about, room was facing the parking lot and away from the busy road, quiet despite being on the first floor

Nothing, but I didn't book the pricy breakfast
