Very good

It was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Location is perfect for my needs.

There was a problem with the bathroom door, but it was resolved promptly by the staff. The building is a little bit run down. The breakfast choices were limited.

The location is excellent. This hotel is situated in the heart of ortigas center. If you are looking for a cozy stay in Manila Jinjiang Inn is the best choice in a mid budget. The SM Mega Mall, Green Field District, Robinsons Galleria are very close. SM Mega Mall, one of the largest shopping malls is less than a five minute walk from this hotel.

They don't offer complementary breakfast or self catering kitchens. But you will have a refrigerator and hot water kettle in your room. There is a 7 Eleven Convenience store within 1 minute walking distance where you could enjoy warm asian meals.

Superb

This was my second booking at Jinjiang in Ortigas and while it's not the largest hotel in the area, it certainly gets the job done. The staff are absolute stars friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. What truly impressed me was the location just a stone's throw from The Podium, SM Megamall, and Shangri-La Plaza. My room, though compact, was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

While the hotel is smaller than its competitors, it's also significantly cheaper. For the price, the size difference is a minor compromise.

Excellent service and great stop for few hours rest before flights!

Outstanding staff with happy smiles, especially Patrick, one of the front desk clerks was very professional and his expertise in handling our rooms was appreciated. The staff was very helpful from concierge, security, housekeeping, etc. The security guards were very supportive and assisted me with my wheelchair from and into the vehicle. Theres a convenience store and some eateries around the hotel.

It would have been better if they have a nicer drive in for people with disability. It would be better if they upgrade the paint, or the sign or lightings outside the hotel for it to stand out more at nighttime.
