Although check in time wasnt satisfied. But Michelle is always responsive to my msg and can provide me a solution.
Spacious, easy to find. Got swimming pool, gym room, outside the condo can find restaurant easily.
The aircon remote control is not functioning, late check in at 4pm because the room wasnt ready. Bed sheets and blankets are dirty. Can see black black stains. A lot rules and regulations to follow.

To make matter worse beside lousy bed provided, your sofa are also in bad condition
High time to change the bed, especially middle bed room . You can feel uncomfortablet the spring reaction to your body movement . I hardly slept 2 hrs because of of verry bedd condition. You provide one flat pillow per person only

Marvellous Location and Facilities. Nice swimming pool for kids and gym for adult. Convenience shop nearby easy to get stuff. The property come with coway machine, washing machine and good security.

We enjoyed staying in IWH. If you are not a high class person, this is a good to go apartment
Rooms were clean. Easy access to shops and food restaurants outside
Checking in an apartment is always a hustle. Not only IWH. :)

Too far from town. No breakfast in the morning (coffee shops closed)
Passing through security is a nightmare and very unpleasant experience. Location and facility not as advertised on Booking.com
