All good - and planning to return very soon

perfect location for appointment at Ninewells, but would stay here again if it was a city break. Ate in the restaurant in the evening - food very good. When we arrived we got a free upgrade - a lovely surprise

Second visit and enjoyed our stay as much.

Lovely views overlooking Tay although from a distance. Nice lounge area to meet up with family. A relaxed atmosphere around hotel. Standard rooms were a good size. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Overall very good value for money.

Very pleased with my experience at the hotel. Recommended it to friends already.

The food was very good at dinner and for breakfast. All staff were extremely helpful from changing my accessible room to one nearer to reception to carrying a drink to my room after my evening meal.

My only gripe was in the accessible bathroom. The space was excellent with well placed handles. However in the shower, there was only a shower chair. I was unable to use this as there were no handles to aid sitting or standing. Similarly, there were no handles to steady me when showering. I had to use the shower chair back to hold onto. It was not safe really. I couldnt use my crutches in the shower area obviously. Such a shame as everything else was great for me in my present state of mobility. (Room 214)

Exceeded expectations despite last minute booking due to roads being closed.

Booked at the last minute as roads north closed. Staff were brilliant at dealing with all last minute arrivals. I understand they went from 10 rooms being booked to being full within a couple of hours. They all handled this with smiles and exceptional customer service. We ate in the restaurant and again compliments to the kitchen staff on dealing with all the last minute bookings. Food was excellent and the service brilliant.

The hotel was adequate for our purpose which was to meet our relatives at Christmas.

Location was quiet and accessible. Not that central. Breakfast was good. Dinner was not accurately described in the menu as there was chile in most dishes. I did not enjoy the starter or main course because of this.

See above. Dinner was disappointing. Everythng else ok.
