New year visit

Have stayed at Jollys many times. Great location and value for money.

The hotel's lift was out of order, and, apparently had been for some time. My partner has poor mobility, and, this was a blow to us, as he had great difficulty navigating the stairs . On a company the size of Wetherspoons, I would have expected the problem with the lift would have been sorted quickly. Spoiled our stay.

Lovely room, good facilities

I had emailed to say I had mobility issues and could I have a room that suited, I got a reply saying yes but when I got there, I was in the further away room in the building, they couldn't have put me in a worse position.

Central location. Option of late evening dining and all morning breakfast

A proper window and a blind on skylight to cut out morning daylight and a pole to open it. Room cold and air heating difficult to use No spare blanket
