Very good location but can get quite noisy

Decoration is sick, rooms are bigger than I thought, and bed is comfortable. Free coffee/juice/water/croissants every morning makes it even better

They put us in room 102, literally 2 seconds from the front desk, which made it a little loud if people were checking-in or talking. Also, the room was exterior, and the location can get pretty noisy, specially early in the morning

It was a very cool stay from all points of view

The stairs at the entrance until you get to the elevator since I had 2 heavyweight suitcases, although the staff helped a lot and they were amazing

Simple, great value stay in the center of Rome

Amazing value for money. Perfect location on a charming pedestrian street in the center. Facilities are okay and clean, simple. Beds super comfy.

We were promised two single twin beds. I even called before to confirm before booking. Upon arrival they told us its not possible anymore, which was very frustrating to us- as we were male and female friends and wanted to have our own bedsluckily once we got into the room we were able to move the connected twins apart from eachother ourselves. Just was a bit frustrating during check in to hear that even though I called before (twice) to confirm the set up, they cannot accommodate us anymore. We were close to leaving the hotel due to the staffs refusal to accommodate before seeing the room, thinking it was really just one bed. Luckily we took a look and did it ourselves. Either way, a stressful welcome indeed. Also weird how the front door entrance stays wide open all night. Didnt love that. Would recommend implementing some kind of bell or key pass system to make guests feel a bit safer.

The room, although being cute, was small. Normal size luggage wouldn't fit in the room. The beds were separated.

Very central right to via del corso, staff very helpful, very clean and nice room, free coffee was a plus

Toilet seat was wonky, hopefully it got fixed!
