Somewhat satisfied for price

Friendly staff and good breakfast options. Just 10 minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza and 1 min to nearest Indomaret. Housekeeping was excellent in making up room.

Quite a small and very cramped room. Toilet was not that clean and the water pressure was really low. Wifi was pretty slow and unreliable at times. No amenities like soap or toothbrush was provided unless upon request. Not even a single bottle of water was given in the room.

Good, it is satisfying to stay here.

Facilities can be improved. Towel was given one. No amenities provided. But when you request, they provide you. Not nice at first but I consider it okay since they provide.

Its only 10mins walking to the main mall. Next to the hotel has indomart which very practical

On my 1st night they cleaned the room and took out the bidet and cause the toilet flooded with water. When i called, they seem know about the issues however they only notified and moved us after we got back/called to complain.

I like how efficient and environmental friendly the hotel is. All the furniture are not fancy but very functional. Enough natural lights, feels spacious. Water refill available anytime. Yes, the shower felt like you're in a ship's cabin, but it works well. Tasty pastries and snacks at the lobby in the evening. Minimart just next door. Highly recommended.

Tried to walk around in the morning, already super busy, But hey, it's the city center - meaning you can easily get to anywhere.
