Good

The hotel is clean and in very good lication. You get what you paid for in Singapore. The bus and Mrt are very close and also india town.

As everyone complained, the rooms are really really small, but you already knew about it when you arrived. And of course, the price is too high for what they offer, but this is Singapore.

A box of tissues and some complimentary coffee and tea were a nice gesture. The room was clean. The shower was very good. Liked the pool on the roof as well.

The room was very small and not sound proof at all. I could here everyone in the corridor. The mattresse on the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre for a 3-star hotel. I have been to Ibis hotels in Switzerland and Hungary and they had a better food offering.

that it served the purpose between flights. nearby Starbucks and food outlets Swimming pool, but it is in full sun and there is zero shaded area.

no fridge drinking water was only available from bathroom handbasin.. yuk outlook was depressing room was dark and window overlooked many air conditioning motors

Could have been cleaner there was mould in the shower and floors could have been better cleaned. No storage for items to be secured and room windows could nor be opened.

I stay this hotel when I come to Singapore again.

The location and the room cleanness are satisfied with me. I was able to stay comfortable.

I sometimes heard the noise from next door.

Very good

Clean and Affordable in Singapore.

The hotel was handy to the train stations. It was super clean, and the pool was beautiful.

For the price we were paying, there was nothing not to like. Very comfortable beds, a big plus.

We were not at all comfortable staying. Never again

Everything went wrong. Staff behaviour is not polite. Facilities very poor. Due to Christmas the hotel has jacked up the price. Bathroom is awful. No drinking water. No courtesy and paid a very high price for poor facilities.

- Cleanliness and location. Value for money. You probably cant get hotel at this location for similar price.

Small rooms. All power sockets at one place and away from bed. Daily room housekeeping was poor.

Very good

The tap water was drinkable, nice! Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. One young female staff helped me to book a taxi to the airport and ensured my taxi was not taking by another person, who was trying to get in to the taxi in a rush due to heavy rain that afternoon. God job for her!

I don't like the pillow, the thickness did not meet my comfort. The room was very small. Since I like to have some personal space ,in my view, the room was good for 1 person. (If they had a single bed for one person stay, it would be more spacious). However, this was expected. :)
