Superb

The hotel room is functional and good for 1 person stay. Breakfast spread was adequate for the hotel price and location is fantastic.

Breakfast are good varity of food, staff in resturant are goods, house keeper are goods and service

Room sze to small for money our spend not reasonable. Staff not friendly, faciities to little, no service for bell boy of luggage and any service. Bathroom accessories not goods and less service for alls

The size of the rooms considering the amount of money I paid ...... That is surely not what I expected. Everything else was okey though.

Overall, meet expectation. I will surely return.

Good, except please do not put the halal Nasi Lemak next to pork stew. This is not acceptable.

The front desk staffs should be more courteous and responsive to the request to print the receipt for the stay.

Location! Location!

Unbelievably good location. Room small but clean and nice. Great to have a 7 Eleven right there. So close to the sky train.

Carpet in the passage outside the room was dirty. Needs to be vacuumed daily!

Convenient location and 7eleven is just below the hotel, plenty of massage places just outside hotel.

Traffic is too busy to take a taxi. Had a hard and long time waiting for grab as they were stuck in traffic. Therefore hv to rely a lot on bts which sometime did not allow us to have the options to take grab to our required places conveniently

To sum up, apart from room service and room card issued the rest are acceptable.

I like the location. I loved the breakfast; it's variety and taste were good. .

I couldn't enter the room and lift frequently. Many times I have to complain to reception; even though they fixed the key card, I could only access lifts; I couldn't access the room. The room service was very poor, as they didn't clean properly. They just display the bed sheets. They didn't clean the room properly (I have taken a photo of the trash that they didn't clean up). Not refill the washroom item also
