Very good

Excellent price, clean, great room service and most of all the team, warm, helpful and professional.

The team, great! As a 69-years-old solo traveller I felt very taken care of, almost spoiled!! Its very clean. Good price. They also connected me with a great tour guide. And their room service is excellent!

The Hotel is very closed to the Phoenix Mall which is a very good shopping mall, it has every brands like in London. Buses takes you everywhere you want and the Metro is over a kilometers away but very good, new and efficient.

I am a very adaptable person so I didn't find any difficulties for me, but it's not for everyone.

The lady staff who sits in reception is cunning. I told her that if i book through goibibo, then i will get discount, so i started booking, my money got deducted and she cancelled my booking in front of me itself. She cancelled my booking, which i made through goibibo because room price was discounted there. i made direct cash payment to them, which was high. She thought she fooled me but customers are not fools. Let everyone beware of these kinds of misleadings. Location of the hotel is pathetic and they are charging high prices.

Awful, not recommended, not worth it!

Nothing I could remember, this cannot be called neither a hotel nor a guest house.

Firstly the location is awful, dirty and scary. The location is just behind the slums, the area of west Kurla is not recommended for foreign caucasians, Came to know about this later after living there but after few blocks the region is not that bad. No taxi would actually come in front of the hotel so basically with heavy baggages you would have to come toyato showroom in the main road. The hotel is dirty, not clean at all, the rooms smells smoking and seems like they were not cleaned since months. Bathroom is dirty as well. When the caretaker comes with you inside the room, he literally uses a room spray in front of you to make the room smell good. What an experience. And worst of it, the pillow had a stain of blood. There is constantly noice in the room.

The staff are friendly and the room smelled fine. It's hard to find rooms that match their pictures/descriptions in Mumbai. There is a mall a few blocks for a/c and tons of food options and movies.

There was an idiot blasting his stereo outside the hotel at 6 in the morning. I got dressed and went out and give him the "reallyy???" look. It was the business across the way. He just laughed and turned his bass kickers back on.
