A good hotel for a short stay. Can be better with trained staff.

Good location. Spacious ,comfortable and clean

Staff is not trained properly. Very poor especially the In room dining. Never had a previous experience in any hotel where after an order is placed, the guy doesnt even show up. Even after a phone call expressing this angst - no one shows up. Even instructions were not taken properly. Staff is very polite - but mostly ineffective.

Easily one of the best stays inked in my heart

What can I say? Hyatt truly lived up to its name and reputation. From the bell boys to waiters everyone was always so cheerful and pleasant. Stayed here for 9 days and it felt like a familiar place even though it was my first time booking this hotel. Would be a return customer for sure.

Because of the way the shower doors are built, the outside of the shower area tend to flood. One has to shower with the shower head tilted and use the spare towels to always keep wiping the floor. That was a tad disappointing
