I feel completely scammed and wont forget it!

Im having a hard time thinking of anything good about my stay. It did smell good on the bathrooms and hallways(not the rooms or lobby)

The ac in the room wasnt working. Called to fix it three different times. Beds are so lumpy and well used. Had a smell of mold. They closed the roof top pool on new years night without telling us before time. It was the main reason for our stay (so we could see the fireworks on new years). Our original bill was for 1,022.23 but was changed well over 2,000. Still cant get a receipt from them for any over charges. I talked to them over text, phone and In person. I dont know what else to do.

Best Place to Stay on the Riverwalk

Staff is extraordinary, the accommodations are opulent, and the location is ideal for a riverwalk, alamo, and downtown San Antonio experience.

This short stay was great.

location was great. It's right next to the riverwalk. And it's within walking distances to tourists' attractions.

Self-parking instructions were not very clear. The room was not insulated from noise. I could hear talking from the neighboring room when I was trying to sleep during the night.

If we had a room that had proper heat control and had a quieter location we would have been happy.

location ideal for first time visitors, convenitent to river walk.

our thermostate in our room never worked, we had maintenance come out three times but never corrected it. first night we were freezing, then they shut the vent entirely and second night we were roasting.................vey frustrating considering what we were paying and that we had to wait around for maintenance to arrive and try to fix the problem. Also the next room had loud tv on all night long multiple nights...... no sleep due to noise and temperatures.

Mediocre hotel with rude and inhospitable staff.

Nice location

Old and antiquated building with very little natural light in the bedroom. Rude and inhospitable staff which made it an easy decision to stick with Marriott. I have never been treated so poorly by any property than I was here and I shall never darken the door of a Hyatt again.
