Bad woman receptionist even though the hotel was nice.

The room was comfy and the pool was nice.Also they had good breakfast

The woman receptionist had a bad attitude.When we called them they were closing the phone and didnt help us.We did everything on our own through booking.

Superb

When we come back to Zurich we will stay here again. Worth the money

I like that the staffs, they were very nice, when I checked in the front Manager help us. Even one of the staff gave my son a toy and a chocolate. The room is not so big but its enough. The location is very good. Next to supermarket. 50 meter to Tram station. We like this hotel.

Maybe the light in the room can be brighter, would be nice

Great hotel

Amazing breakfast, the buffet had everything you can imagine; great location very close to public transport or 45 min walk to city centre; the room was comfortable and clean; the shower was amazing; friendly staff; excellent facilities although the restaurant downstairs can be pricey. We had a really nice stay there.

The toilet door in the room doesnt give much privacy.

Disappointing

Hospitality from a global brand like yours is the least expected

The food was good

Currently staying at crown plaza property at Zurich, receptionist there with the name of Miss Racquel literally misbehaved when asked to update the room key which wasnt working for the elevator ,which she refused despite booking for next few days was already paid for , stating that she needed us to pay the city tax right away, despite being told that i didnot carry any credit card atm since i was coming from the spa, she kept on arguing and misbehaving , to which i asked her to come with me to my room to get the card but she kept on with here misconduct . saying very unprofessional and rude would be an understatement , i have never experienced something like this before.her attitude was totally uncalled for, i am appalled by the whole episode.
