Review 1: A Hilton Diamond member found the hotel fantastic, with a big room, nice bathroom, and great TV channels. Made previous Hilton stays look bad. Review 2: The hotel was beautiful, with 5-star (Read More) staff and service. Only deducted a star due to finding unwanted hair in the room. Review 3: The hotel is highly recommended, characterized by cleanliness, security, and excellent customer service. Breakfast is wonderful and the parking is clean and organized. Special mention to two staff members, requesting a financial bonus for their efforts. Review 4: The hotel is nice, with polite employees. Only downside was a dirty glass in the room. Review 5: A great place to stay near Midway Airport, with clean rooms and a complimentary shuttle service. Had minor inconveniences such as room availability, extra charges for a microwave, alternate day cleaning service, and having to go to the lobby for requested items. Overall, still an excellent hotel.

Big size room. Cleaning and breakfast. Perfect for family stay. Mosque and halal food nearby. Walmart and Aldi next door. Shower was great.

My go to place to stay when Im in town

Everything is clean and in excellent working condition. The food is tasty, good selection. Rooms are comfortable, and inviting. The staff are professional, and very polite. Annabelle and Veronica specifically. Both are incredibly helpful, and very pleasant to work with.

The carpet and couch had a stain or two. You could tell someone tried to get it up but overall, the look was not appealing.
