I would of at least had a working shower to use the next day for the price I paid for the suite.

The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was so nice when I was checking in.

I called down to the desk to let the lady know that the shower wasn't working. I didn't receive a answer about it as of yet that was in October we are in November. The suite I paid for cost $500 I should of least had a working shower. Very disappointment.

Wonderful atmosphere...we will visit again!

The hotel decor is beautiful. The staff was welcoming, professional, and courteous. The room was spacious and it felt like home. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful! We loved it.

We chose the location for a family reunion and that worked out well.

The room had a musty odor. The towels were clean but looked dingy and felt thin. Bed linens were fine. Overall, the room felt like it could use some refurbishing, especially considering the price of the room.

Comfortable, had everything I needed, drug needs to be bigger for those staying longer

My room was nice and comfortable.

I had to wait a few hours for a room down during my 9 day stay. But it was not to bad. I think checking on this who are staying first may speed up the day. Because all I requested were towels and sheets which I could change myself.
