Great stay in Mumbai

Stunning, modern decor. Comfortable and large rooms and bathrooms. The staff are impeccable and so attentive. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and such a vibe! Very near to the airport

Small lapses in cleaning like the stains on the carpet around the bed and the grime around the plug in the basin. There are also mainly expensive restaurants around the property

Excellent value for money, home away from home

The staff were exceptionally friendly from Ketan, Rohan, Tanvi, Nisha, Shub hashish, Joel, Pal and Harish. When a Hotel has such staff whom are customer centric they should be acknowledged and recognized by management. Apologies but I forgot the name of the breakfast ladies, they were equally awesome. Their friendly demenaour and warmth made our stay most comfortable especially with the manner in which they looked after my dad whom has a prosthetic leg. The secrutiy personnel gladly assisted to his needs of smoking without any fuss or delay. I was hesitant when I made the reservation on booking.com as pictures can be misleading but the Hotel has exceeded my expectation. They wee complimentary snacks from day 1 which is unusual and had the luxury of having an iron and ironing board in the room without the need to call reception!!! Well done to Ketan and team as they have the recipe for success!!!

Located quite a bit out from some of the main tourist attractions, so alot of time spent in traffic. Fairly pricey compared to some of the other similar hotels in better locations

Location is the best. Staff are super helpful and polite and felt safe due to security checks of the bags before entering the hotel.

There are no mirrors in the bedroom...thats the only thing missing from the room.

The Chefs were really good helping out especially in my wife condition. The morning staff were good as well. We will definitely recommend Renuka for your her professionalism and courtesy. Chefs Rahul and Yogesh for their availability and help regarding food arrangements. Hats off to Mrs Shilpi for being around and greetings the clients. It made lots of difference.

Some staffs could understand the essence of non-spicy food.
