Superb

Beautiful new luxury hotel in Dallas... might want to consider bringing earplugs to sleep though

Overall the quality of this hotel is top-notch. Lots of attention to details. Beautiful dcor and an bed that I could have stayed in all day long... so comfortable! The bathroom is also fantastic! The staff is also extremely accommodating and professional.

Biggest complaint would be the outside noise. The windows are very thin... I was on the 17th floor and could still here all of the noise from the street below. Additionally there is a rooftop bar nearby (The Happiest Hour) that is very noisy. I could hear/feel the music well into the night. The only other complaint would be that the water temperature of the shower wasn't working properly. I reported to staff and they definitely improved it, but still wasn't ideal. I'm guessing kinks like the water will be fixed the longer the hotel is open... it is still very new.

Roof top pool &, restaurants were awesome. Great property.

No spa. Bummer, I really dont see paying this price point without spa access for my wife. Spa is the main purpose men pay for this level of hotel for their wives. And some for themselves.

Very good

Friendly Staff. Julien the hotel manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome with friendly chats and showing us around this very new hotel. Obviously he is not the type of manger that operates unseen behind a desk in a closed office.

The breakfast left a little to be desired but having said that the breakfast charge in our case was waived (and not because we complained or requested same). Im sure some of these teething problems will be sorted.

Perfect stay

Amazing new five star hotel in Dallas! We found this accidentally when we had dinner few weeks earlier at their Stillwells steakhouse and got such good service from the doorstaff & bell boys that we decided to experiece hotel itself as well. Very good gym and pool area, nice bar downstairs.

Housekeeping was not functioning as well as it should (items missing etc)
