Easy and very convenience. Clean with helpful staff.

The location was perfect and walkable distance to everything that week needed during our stay. The staff were friendly and also allowed for a very flexible last minute early check-in.

The only thing that could have improved the stay was the tap in the shower appeared to not be working, there were two shower heads but you could only use one and the nossel to change this appeared loose. Also, it is important to note that there is very minimal privacy on the toilet! Transparent doors to the bathroom and the toilet is right next to it so I would suggest only staying with someone who you are very close with!

Very nice hotel, both restaurants were excellent

The roof top bar and restaurant plus we also ate in the French restaurant for dinner too

Room air con needs attention and the bed was too hard for us. No shade at the pool

Great location and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The design and layout of the bathroom and toilet. The glass door had no privacy. The layout of the mugs and plates - the lack of it. Also there was no fridge space.

Accomodating staff. We had 2 visitors poppi g in before our departure. The locked in visitor's luggage , let use swimming pool. The pool looks great. It was a shame that the pool was closed during Christmas day and the following morning as the rooftop bar and pool were the main reason we chose this hotel. Regardles, we enjoyed the facilities and would come again.

We actually loved everything about this trip. We were disappointed because we had booked to stay two nights but our flight was cancelled when we arrived at Sydney late afternoon so we had to stay a night in Sydney and we hadn't given enough time for cancellation. Anyway, we managed to stay one night at Hotel X and it didn't disappoint. Facilities lovely, room amazing, bed fantastic, French and Roof top restaurants were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
