Much better hotel than we expected for the prices in Florence.Would recommend

Location,cleanliness,room features.

Difficult to find,neighbours knew Garibaldi Blue hotel but not Rosso 23 (same hotel!). Very good breakfast but extra 5.50 for an omelette seems unnecessary.

In the heart of Florence

The location of the hotel is perfect, just few steps from the train station. The lobby is huge and there are a lot of place to sit and enjoy. It is an ice room working 24/7. Breakfast is good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The room was very small, also, shower, you do not have a place for washing. Shower appliances are old and partly broken.

Location and staff are perfect.

The absence of a wardrobe and of any drawer make the stay somehow uncomfortable. This Is not acceptable given the hotel rating.

My stay was great, employees where fantastic, bed and climate control worked well and the room clean

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Location was phenomenal.

This is not necessarily a derogatory comment, but rather to manage expectations. I expect small accommodations in Europe. However the room was very small, bed pushed up against the wall. Had to step down from where the bed was down to the entryway then back up to the bathroom. There wasn't any place to put a toothbrush and. a razor on the sink either, no shelf.
