Exceptional

Lovely hotel in centre of Ghent. We got a very big room with high ceilings. We arrived early and were given a room straight away because it was already cleaned. The pub has good food with big portions.

Provided everything we were expecting with a central location & staff were friendly.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, warm & quirky. Ideal location for Ghent Christmas Market. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is located nearby the city center. the only minor downside is that the closest parking lot is about 8 minutes of walking.

It was a nice stay, perfect for a short city trip

The location was really good, and the staff was really helpful. The location was also really quiet and there was a coffee machine in the, which was a welcome surprise.

The location is great, very close to the center and right next to the water Staff was great and the room was very warm.

The room being small is ok, but the furniture setup just made it very difficult to move around. The light on the ceiling was broken and flinkering, so we just opted for bedside lamps. Not the most clean, but the bathroom was good(cracked sink, though) and the towels were clean.

Fantastic comfort in good location for beautiful old town

Excellent friendly & helpful staff; good location - 5 minute walk to the (absolutely stunning) old town. Massive room and huge modern bathroom, excellent furnishings & facilities, high ceilings, mini fridge, coffee machine etc. 4star+ experience in a 3 star hotel
