Horrible.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, understanding and helpful staff.

I can't believe this is a 3 star hotel. It is an architectural nightmare! I'm 5f4 (1,65m) tall and my feet were dangling 7 inches (20cm) of the ground sitting on the toilet in my room. Impossible to use the toilet in your room. Walk in shower has no curtain/wall, so no matter how carefully you shower, the ENTIRE bathroom (floor, cabinets, (unusable) toilet will be covered in water. Showerhead does not tilt, so you have to hold it anyway, because otherwise it stays in a vertical position. It may look fancy, but the place has no functionality whatsoever. A waste of money. A horrible experience. A lot of discomfort. Truly, the only good thing about it was the friendly staff.

comfy bed, perfect location- within walking distance of the sights, restaurants, supermarket. was nice and quiet. staff were friendly. price very reasonable! car park lift straight to room level perfect for luggage. very clean.

Worth staying there again

Very neat and clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

There was no coffee/tea making facility in the room. Plus no relaxed seating for two, just the one chair at the desk. We did get an extra chair and small table when we asked for it.

I was going to write a perfectly good review as we were really impressed with the facilities, services and personnel but... in the middle of the night somebody open the door to our room although it was locked (card key). It wasn't an assault attempt or anything really dangerous but imagine our "surprise"(((

Nice hidden gem in Gent

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are very clean and modern and excellent for business purposes. The breakfast is decent and varied

The location is a bit further from the city center but can be easily reached by tram (15 mins)

The reception staff were very friendly and informative. Even being knowledgeable about the LEZ in Gent. The rooms were spotless, and the location was only a 15 minute walk to the old town where the Christmas fare was located. The breakfast buffet was also well worth the price.

No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. It's a small thing. There were 2 bottles of water, but being able to have a hot drink in your room is normal in most hotels.

Hospital stay with dirty sheets

Nice indoor parking lot. New lobby. Overall new building.

The room really had a hospital vibe with the turning wall in the bathroom. The health care screens were still on the walls. No items to make it more cosy, very sterile. Pretty loud next to the road and it was very warm in the room although the heating was turned off. The worst were the stains in the sheets and towels. Lipstick and blood, and quite a lot. Would not recommend.

Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The tram is outside the door making it very accessible to the centre. I would stay here again
