Superb

Great budget stay, small room but very functional. Very clean, and very close to the old town. Nice shops and restaurants around to make it comfortable. It's not traditional/medieval vibe kinda hotel. It's modern and good fit in our budget.

Superb

Great family stay for a weekend , will come again.

Very nice ambience of the entrance and very good behaviour of the hotel staff. Neat and clean environment. Nice breakfast and seamless checkin and checkout.

The room was bit cramped after the third bed was taken out from cupboard.

Bed was comfortable and room clean. Rooms are a bit small for couples if staying longer than few days. Barely any storage for clothes

The rooms were extremely hot and i was unable to sleep comfortably. I asked the reception staff twice to turn down the temperature in the rooms as the aircon unit didn't go below 16. I asked for it to be 14 but it was never done. On checking out the receptionist asked if everything was OK and we replied no the rooms were too hot. She said sorry I tried to turn the temp down but it would not let her do individual rooms. She then said did your windows not open and I said no do you have rooms with windows that open and She said yes some do but you gave to ask for key at reception. Then she said oh well you know for next time if you come and stay with us again. I was left speechless and angry that I wasn't offered or told about this dispite the fact that I asked about the temperature twice. For my room room 428 and my sons room 418. Unacceptable

Small room enough for one person

The hotel is modern with nice lobby. Breakfast was good. Personnel is very polite and helpful. Besides extremely small room, I like how architect find solutions to get maximum.

Room is too small. The second person has no space to go on bed. Cabinet on the photo is basically storage for third bed. No enough space and it very difficult to keep luggage on hand. No closets to unpack warderove. No big enough shelf to have glasses and charger with phone in habd
