Well Located! Wonderful Staff!

Hotel well located for major sites in old city--Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Coliseum, Borghese Villa and Park. Also a very short taxi ride to Vatican and major train station.

nice hotel in a great location

Great location, close to the metro, bus and many tourist attractions. Very clean. Extremely bright lighting (which is rare in hotels these days). Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior design. Daily change of towels and bed linen. A bidet in the bathroom. Very great, fast wifi.

The room was very small, as was the wardrobe. The breakfast was tasty but the selection was small and they served exactly the same thing every day for 5 days. The hotel restaurant/bar is only open from 6pm to 10pm

Great location on a quiet street, but still close to subway and bus stop.

Loved the location and the staff.

Wish the bathroom door was better insulated. You can hear everything if someone is in there.

Great location and very clean room. Breakfast was excellent, but the best feature is the staff. The staff was super helpful and friendly, very accommodating.

The room was a little warm, but that's to be expected in Europe.

Superb

The location is very good, it's walking distance from many attractions. The hotel is nicely decorated, there is a lot of art on the walls. It's worth taking the stairs at least once to see the art. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good.

You can hear everything from the other rooms and housecleaning starts way too early, which you can hear from the other rooms. Also the housekeeper woke us up by coming into our room at 8 am on our last day.
